This fun and unique exercise camp is geared toward young athletes ages 8 to 18. The program runs from June through August. Athletes can sign up for the Sport Development Program (ages 13 to 18) or the Skill Development Camp (ages 8 to 12) to learn techniques and tips to help them progress in all areas of sports testing, from the 40-yard dash to bench presses. The Sport Development camp also uses specific protocols for individual tests to help younger athletes reach that next level before their competitors do. Give your kids a leg up on the competition.
