Sam Tackett

As an expert in bodybuilding and weight training, Samantha Tackett has more than 20 years of experience (and the muscles!) to show for it. Though originally from Georgia, Sam has spent most of her life in Montana, including attending and graduating from Montana State University. She got involved with training as an aerobics instructor during college and her current personal goal is to compete in a bodybuilding show in her forties.
