My fitness goals were to (lose) 25-30 pounds and to improve my stamina and general body (habits).
I have been working out at Main Street Gym for (several) months. I choose it because of its convenience to my work as well as the low cost to join. I have been a member of numerous gyms but have never felt as welcome as I do at this gym.
There are all sorts of people of all types and ages who work out there. All are treated with genuine friendliness and helpfulness.
